Who We Are

In January 2014, Berean Bible Fellowship started as a small Bible study, exploring what the Bible had to say about the core tenants of our faith. We had our first Sunday morning worship service in February 2015 at the Afton Civic Center in downtown Afton, WY.

The Lord has blessed us in many ways since our origins in 2014 and we have since purchased a permanent space for our body to gather. We hope you will join us at 439 S Washington St. in downtown Afton.

Our church motto is: Where we look to the Bible for Answers to Life’s Questions.

Why Berean Bible?

We are often asked where we got our name from. We take it from a group of people referenced in the book of Acts.

“Now the Berean Jews were of more noble character than those in Thessalonica, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.”

— ACTS 17:11

In the same manner as what we see in those Berean Jews, we seek to be those who receive God’s Word with eagerness and live out the truths within it every day of our lives.
